Windows 9x is not supported... CZDC++ runs the best on Win 2000/XP

CZDC++ shows IPs only on hubs on which you are OP...

i'm using a Win 9x based system without Internet Explorer and wanted to test/use this client. 99.9% :) works fine but when i click on browse buttons in settings, menu button open file list... or file > open file list... no open window pops up like in DC++ :(

have tested all czdc++ from 1st 0.401 and all the same, why ?
